This location on its own is Stunning. I worked out of this location for 3 years And I loved every bit of it. I can't even lie and say that Natalie wasn't one of the reasons why I stayed so long. Natalie has been great since the day that I moved in up until the day that I moved out. She really lightens up the place and brings great energy to everyone who rents/works there. To whoever is Natalie's boss, she deserves all the praise, And maybe even a raise if you're feeling generous. Overall, I would give this location of 10 out 10.
They have many spaces to rent. We chose a conference room that was helpful in having a white board and screen with connections we used to display our presentation from our laptops. The process and customer service were exceptional. I like easy! I will use this workspace rental again when visiting Phoenix with our team.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything I need and a short walk from home. The office space itself is modern, comfortable, and incredibly well-maintained, offering the perfect environment for productivity and creativity.
Beautiful historic building in downtown Phoenix. The first high rise. Expansive did a great job with the rehab. I have been here for about 4 years. They had some turnover issues with the building managers at the beginning, but for the last couple of years, we have been blessed with a Rockstar. Natalie is phenomenal. She throws awesome monthly networking events, quick to answer emails, or any issues.
One of the greatest office buildings in the center of downtown to rent is the Heard building. truly amazing management! I really enjoy the monthly food and snack events! Natalie creates a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in this building.
Hosted a 2-day retreat here for my team and they absolutely loved the SmartSuite we were in. They raved about it in their reviews and felt that they had enough space. They also loved the sun patio for breaks. I personally loved how friendly and customer-service oriented the Heard team was from the moment we were inquiring about their space to the day of event.
