The Heard Building, built in 1919 by Dwight B. Heard was the first high rise in Arizona and is an iconic landmark of history and innovation-- a true testament to how far we have come as a city and community. With seven stories that have been home to the Arizona Republic newspaper, Phoenix's first radio stations, and more, these walls have helped shape the history of Downtown Phoenix.

The Department’s location at 1 N. 1st Street was inspired by drawings from Frank Lloyd Wright. It was also home to the Korrick Department Store, which served the Phoenix community for over 50 years. The building’s name today serves to honor those business leaders and entrepreneurs who came before us and took risks, worked tirelessly, and laid the foundation for the city we know and love today.
What was originally one a few department stores in Phoenix is now home to dozens of businesses including companies in large, private suites, 1-4 person offices for entrepreneurs and consultants, team spaces for digital agencies, retail storefronts, and single desks in the open coworking space.

My company recently had the training room reserved for several days for a conference and Natalie and her team went absolutely above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate our needs was unmatched and extremely appreciated. Everyone on the team has been raving about the event and the building since!! This location on its own is Stunning. I worked out of this location for 3 years And I loved every bit of it. I can't even lie and say that Natalie wasn't one of the reasons why I stayed so long. Natalie has been great since the day that I moved in up until the day that I moved out. She really lightens up the place and brings great energy to everyone who rents/works there. To whoever is Natalie's boss, she deserves all the praise, And maybe even a raise if you're feeling generous. Overall, I would give this location of 10 out 10.

They have many spaces to rent. We chose a conference room that was helpful in having a white board and screen with connections we used to display our presentation from our laptops. The process and customer service were exceptional. I like easy! I will use this workspace rental again when visiting Phoenix with our team.

Beautiful historic building in downtown Phoenix. The first high rise. Expansive did a great job with the rehab. I have been here for about 4 years. They had some turnover issues with the building managers at the beginning, but for the last couple of years, we have been blessed with a Rockstar. Natalie is phenomenal. She throws awesome monthly networking events, quick to answer emails, or any issues.

One of the greatest office buildings in the center of downtown to rent is the Heard building. truly amazing management! I really enjoy the monthly food and snack events! Natalie creates a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in this building.
